Our Work

We engaged IP Partners for their friendly service and approachability, as well as their understanding of the educational needs of our metropolitan primary school. When IP Partners was asked to assess our networks, they provide a planned, scheduled and costed solution to ‘future proof’ our school with upgrades to our server and switches, and installation of an enterprise solution and wireless curriculum network. IP Partners have built a partnership based on trust and sound advice, and have provided hardware upgrades that met our departments guidelines and our cost constraints. Personnel from IP Partners have consistently conducted themselves in a professional manner and aim to please.

Our school and IT Technician had an existing relationship with IP Partners, and after advertising for SSO2 computer technicians externally and being unsuccessful, we sought technicians from IP Partners. We continue to work with Illia and the team to purchase and install new devices, hardware and servers, upgrade internet access and support the school in the implementation of the BYOD program for years 5 to 7. The service provided to the school has been positive, proactive and collaborative to address daily problems and long-term initiatives as per the team’s involvement in IT committee planning and budgeting.

We have worked with Illia and Phil for over 10 years now, which is a credit to the team as our loyalty is hard earned. Negotiated service levels and timing that includes out of hours to suit our business is great. Service has always been very professional, rapid response, measured and effective.

We contracted IP Partners as they were proactive in their approach to IT and possessed information on the solutions and products relevant for our business. The team consistently provide us with tailored IT solutions, and while other providers we have worked with just tried to sell us any generic solution, IP Partners took the time to break everything down and explain the impact on business outcomes.
