IP Partners is well versed in the requirements of organisations in the not-for-profit sector, having worked with an Adelaide-based foundation for a number of years. We were initially engaged to provide managed services for the foundation’s IT infrastructure, in order to reduce the burden faced by staff and free up internal resources for value adding tasks in line with its mission.
In addition to provision of managed services, IP Partners has also assisted in the development and deployment of a number of websites used to facilitate events, as well as being involved in project work. The projects completed on behalf of the foundation include server upgrades, involving server and exchange migrations.
IP Partners was also integral in the office relocation of the foundation, which involved coordinating the cut-over with the internet service provider, physically relocating all network infrastructure and providing weekend services for migration, in order for minimal disturbance.
IP Partners continues to support the foundation through onsite visits and via the Helpdesk. The foundation also uses the services of our Cloud-focused subsidiary, Data UP, employing an automated offsite backup and disaster recovery solution.
